For the New Comers  
To help our new colleagues understand and familiarize with the CANDO family, we have implemented a detailed orientation course targeted for our new entry members. For a smooth transitional period, each new member is designated a Mentor from their departments, to provide on-hand training.

Leadership Development
According to different management levels and competencies, structured a series of leadership development programs to enhance organizational capabilities and cultivate talents. And holds the book club regularly, the share managerial experience, promotes the management function.

Research and Development
To continue and preserve that CANDO's dedication to innovative technologies, a systemized technical program is development to ensure that professional knowledge and know-how are passed down. This enables improvement and advancement of existing technologies in our strong research and development team.

Quality Control
For CANDO members to maintain the highest level of quality standards for our product, we have structured training seminars and implemented quality management programs.

Team Building Courses
CANDO arranges colorful team building courses to build up a common consensus and to encourage the morale. The courses are interactive, interesting and based on solid experiences. During the process of learning, CANDO culture has cultivated into employees' minds.
