Cando Co., Ltd.( 劍度 ) was established in 1994 and engaged in producing optical communication coater components and ITO glass. In 2000, Cando initiated color filter manufacturing. In 2004, the company title was changed to Cando Co., Ltd.( 達虹 ) after the BenQ-AUO corporation group became the major stockholder. In particular, Cando has capitalized the experiential technology of color filter manufacturing on touch panel production in 2007.
